Hey, I'm Amanda Westphal.

 

Australia’s #1 PMDD counsellor, Mum to two energetic primary schoolers, a wife to Tim (who keeps me grounded with his love of rugby and beach runs), and a proud owner of a sweet Dalmatian named Tiff. Life in our house is full of energy, noise, and a lot of love.

Now, when I’m not helping women through their challenges, you’ll find me at pilates, painting (it’s my quiet escape), reading a good thriller, or making time for some much-needed exercise. Staying active and moving my body is key for me, whether it’s a brisk walk with Tiff or an energizing workout.

I believe life is about finding balance, connection, and joy, even in the messy moments. It’s these simple moments that remind me to stay grounded, no matter how busy things get.

I've been in

I remember feeling completely depleted, struggling with only a few good days each month, my thoughts too dark, and doctors gaslighting me, telling me I was fine.

It’s so isolating. PMDD sucks. 

And then

things changed.

  

Once I was finally diagnosed, I used my experience as a registered counsellor to dive into different therapeutic modalities, determined to find what truly works for PMDD. I carefully selected the most effective strategies from a range of approaches and created a program of tools that deliver real results. It worked for me—and then it worked for the hundreds of women I’ve helped since.

 

This group has been a saviour for me. I feel completely understood.
